Jeez I thought laws were complied with 100%.. What is this world coming too?? They must be brought to justice!
Another survey on how many people are texting while driving.. I think its more than 25% IMHO but thats just my survey which i’m going to conduct when I get my $100k grant. Heres the link to the survey.
Once again we have more and more people aware which is good but we need to enforce it… Think back when you were a teen.. did you listen to your parents????? I was driving past the Mn State Capital recently and did see a legislator texting as they pulled out of the parking lot..no joke.. many people were leaving and I saw one hand on the weel and Blackberry in hand… wonder what he voted .. for or against…

A new contest is challenging teens to create and produce TV spots about the dangers of text messaging and driving.
Minnesota teens in grades nine to 12 are invited to submit a 30-second video message for the contest sponsored by the Minnesota Public Safety Department and AAA Minnesota/Iowa.
Since a state law took effect in August 2008, texting, e-mailing, composing messages and web browsing is illegal for drivers and carries fines up to $300.
Makes you wonder if it is. Or even worse texting while driving drunk. That is not good ! There’s been alot of attention given to texting while driving but I think it’s deeper than just texting. I would think fiddling with my ipod while drinking my 54oz soft drink as I look at my GPS is just as hazardous. I think texting is getting all the attention but lets look at what other things we do while driving. I eat my egg McMuffin with cheese and sip my coffee while talking on my bluetooth totally unfocused on driving in rush hour traffic. Do you want to be in front of me as Im going 65mph in my H2?????
